Terms of Use
These terms govern use of this informational campaign website. They do not create a contract for a property interest, donation benefit, or other transaction.
Informational use
The site explains an effort to work towards securing a future for the Raye Freedman Library. Information may be updated, corrected, or removed as circumstances change. Nothing on the site is a guarantee that a property process, funding outcome, programme, or transaction will occur.
No property or donor rights
A donation does not create ownership or special donor rights.
Using this site or making a voluntary donation does not create an ownership, naming, governance, contractual, or other benefit unless a separate written agreement expressly says so.
External services
Charidy is the external online fundraising platform used for this campaign.
Links to third-party services are provided for convenience where an approved route is available. Their content, availability, terms, privacy practices, and processing are their responsibility. Review the relevant third-party information before using a service.
Content and acceptable use
Website content, branding, and materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use its content in a misleading way.
Availability and law
The site may be changed without notice. To the extent permitted by law, these terms are governed by New Zealand law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
