Privacy Statement
This statement explains how personal information may be handled when you use this website or choose an approved donation or contact route. It is plain-language information, not legal advice.
What may be collected
This website does not collect information through a campaign form. If you use the approved third-party Charidy route, that route may collect the information it needs under its own terms and privacy information.
Why information may be used
Information may be used to respond to an enquiry, administer a donation, keep appropriate records, communicate about the relevant interaction, and meet legal obligations. We ask only for information that is reasonably needed for the relevant purpose.
- Providing information is optional unless a field is identified as required by the route you choose.
- Approved service providers, including payment processors or email/CRM providers when used, may handle information for their own stated role and under their own terms and privacy notices.
Collection and notice
Where information is collected directly, the collection route should explain the purpose, intended recipients, whether information is required or optional, and how to seek access or correction. If information is received indirectly, the organisation will give any notice required by applicable privacy law unless an exception applies.
Access and correction
You may ask to access personal information held about you and request correction of it. Requests will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and applicable timeframes. If a correction is not made, you may ask for a statement of correction to be associated with the information where the law provides for that.
Cookies and analytics
Analytics is not active on this site. It will not be activated unless an approved measurement configuration and the required privacy information are in place.
